1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Starbuck88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available atstarbuck88.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.

Starbuck88 is an international online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related gambling products. The Platform operates under an international gaming licence issued within the Curaçao framework. Starbuck88 is not regulated by Bank Negara Malaysia, the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), or any other Malaysian government body. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means a registered player account on the Starbuck88 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds (real money or bonus credits) held within a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is conferred.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of real money funds into a Player's Account via an accepted payment method, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and supported cryptocurrencies.
• "FPX" means the Financial Process Exchange, Malaysia's national interbank online payment network, facilitating direct bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating Malaysian banks.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, and associated gaming services operated under the starbuck88.cam domain.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total cumulative wager amount a Player must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x the bonus amount).
• "Withdrawal" means a request by a Player to transfer Available Balance funds from their Account to an external payment method.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active Account on Starbuck88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged21 years or older. Starbuck88 strictly prohibits gambling by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification will be conducted during the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
2. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services either through Starbuck88 or a third-party responsible gambling organisation.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a jurisdiction in which online gambling services are wholly prohibited by law and where the Platform has expressly blocked access.
5. You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Starbuck88 or its affiliated companies, partners, or software providers.

Starbuck88 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any stage and to close Accounts that fail to meet eligibility requirements, returning any verified real-money balance (net of any uncleared bonuses) to the Player's verified payment method.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on Starbuck88. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, IP addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, Starbuck88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending or settled bonus winings, and withold funds pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You must ensure this information remains up to date. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Ownership and Non-Transferability

An Account is personal to the registered Player. Accounts may not be transferred, assigned, sold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to any third party. Playing on behalf of another person, allowing another person to operate your Account, or pooling funds with other players is prohibited.

4.4 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, and at any time deemed necessary by Starbuck88, Players will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo ID (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie with ID. Verification typically completes within 24–48 business hours. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe following a request may result in suspension of withdrawal capabilities.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party, write them down in an insecure location, or use easily guessable passwords.

Starbuck88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify Starbuck88 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected compromise of your login details.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Starbuck88 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, 7-Eleven CLiQ cash deposit, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), and Litecoin (LTC). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. Standard e-wallet minimum deposit is RM30. FPX bank transfer minimum is RM50. Cryptocurrency minimum is the equivalent of approximately RM30 at the time of transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and vary by Account tier, verification status, and payment method. Players in higher VIP tiers benefit from elevated limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever operationally possible. Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during standard operational hours. Larger withdrawal amounts may undergo additional manual review. Starbuck88 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above defined thresholds in accordance with our AML obligations.

6.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and game stakes are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the blockchain transaction is confirmed. Starbuck88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of initiating and confirming a cryptocurrency transaction.

6.5 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal can be processed. Additionally, the payment method used for withdrawal must match a verified payment method associated with the Account. Withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for a deposit may require additional verification at Starbuck88's discretion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Starbuck88 offers various promotional incentives to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "35x") applied to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount plus bonus). The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
2. Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, sports betting, and other products may contribute a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
3. Time Limits. Bonus Funds must be wagered within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Unmet wagering requirements after expiry will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
4. One Bonus at a Time. Players may not simultaneously hold more than one active welcome bonus. Attempting to claim multiple conflicting welcome offers may result in all bonus credits being voided.
5. Minimum Deposit. Promotional bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit as stated in the promotion — typically RM50 unless otherwise specified.
6. Abuse Prevention. Starbuck88 reserves the right to withold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional offers is detected.
7. Discretion. Starbuck88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to Players who have already commenced wagering under the relevant promotion's original terms.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Starbuck88 are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selections before confirming any wager. Starbuck88 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets except in the limited circumstances described in clause 8.3.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting odds are set and updated in real-time by Starbuck88's pricing engine. Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Coverage includes Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC and mixed martial arts, and a range of international competitions. Live in-play betting is available on selected matches and is subject to faster-changing odds and market suspension during critical match events.

8.3 Void Bets

Starbuck88 reserves the right to void a bet or series of bets where: (a) an obvious pricing error has occurred (palpable error or "pal"); (b) an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without completion within the timeframe required by the applicable sport's governing body; (c) a bet was placed using fraudulent means, exploiting a technical error, or in violation of these Terms; or (d) the integrity of an event or market is compromised.

8.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games on Starbuck88 use independently tested RNG (Random Number Generator) systems. Starbuck88 does not interfere with game outcomes. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual playing session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from Starbuck88.
• Coluding with other players in casino games or sports betting pools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, or making deposits that do not originate from a payment method legally owned and controlled by the Account holder.
• Exploiting identified software bugs, glitches, or technical errors rather than reporting them to Starbuck88 support.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming the same promotional offer more than once.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction from which access has been expressly blocked by Starbuck88.
• Providing false identification documents or misrepresenting your age during KYC verification.
• Engaging in "bonus hunting" or systematic wagering patterns designed solely to exploit wagering requirement mathematics in a manner contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

10 Responsible Gambling

Starbuck88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. Gambling should remain a form of entertainment, not a source of financial distress or personal hardship.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending. Once set, a deposit limit may only be decreased immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to be notified when they have been actively logged in for a specified duration.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by Starbuck88

Starbuck88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account has been used for fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) KYC documents provided are fraudulent or unverifiable; (d) the Account holder is, or has become, ineligible under clause 3; or (e) continued operation of the Account presents an unacceptable legal or regulatory risk to the Platform.

11.2 Funds Upon Closure

Where an Account is closed by Starbuck88 due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, or funds acquired through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposits (net of any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any necessary investigation.

11.3 Closure by the Player

Players may close their Accounts at any time by contacting support via the Platform's live chat function. Any Available Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any pending wager settlement.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Starbuck88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game software, and the overall compilation of such content — is the exclusive property of Starbuck88 or its third-party content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, display, sell, or transmit any Platform content; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software; create derivative works; scrape, crawl, or index the Platform using automated means; or use any Platform trademarks without prior written consent.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starbuck88 excludes all liability for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of winings or expected winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to acts of god, telecommunications failures, government actions, or cyberattacks.
• Any interruption to the availability of any game, market, or payment method caused by factors outside Starbuck88's reasonable control.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to FPX network downtime, e-wallet service disruption, or cryptocurrency network congestion.

In all cases, Starbuck88's maximum aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction which Starbuck88 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and Starbuck88 arising from or relating to this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Starbuck88 customer support. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the dispute formal resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the licensing authority.

For Players located in Malaysia, you acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is complex and that Starbuck88 makes no representation that its services are lawful or accessible in your specific location. By using the Platform, you accept all associated legal risk.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Starbuck88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, Starbuck88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform interface or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the amendment.
